πŸ“Œ Aims to connect parents, teachers, school and students more closely

πŸ—’οΈ Attendance

  1. When the child leaves home for school, parents will mark their attendance. This way, both the school and parents will know what time the child left.

  2. From school side attendance will be checked two times each day, Once in the morning and again after the lunch break.

  3. Any teacher at the school can update or edit a student's attendance. After each update, the child's parent will get a message like: "(Teacher Name) updated (Child Name)'s attendance as: In The School.”

  4. If the child cannot go to school, parents can apply for leave. They need to enter the start and end dates and add an explanation. The school will then take the right action based on the leave application.

  5. If parents mark attendance but the school shows the child as absent (in the morning or after a break), parents will get a message: "(Teacher Name) updated (Child Name)'s attendance as: NOT In The School." If school staff see that parents marked attendance, but the child is absent in the school, then we advice to contact child’s parents directly.

  6. *If a child needs to leave school early, the school will ask the parent for permission and explain the reason. Parents can reply to this request, and the school will decide what to do next. Parents can also request this in an emergency.

  7. As soon as school ends, one of the school teacher will select the classes and submit them, parents will get a message: "(Teacher Name) updated that your (Child Name) school ended at (Time).”

πŸ“ Tests

  1. Teachers can add upcoming test details for a whole class, and this information will appear on the child's profile. Parents will also receive a notification like: "(Teacher Name) added (Subject Name) upcoming test details for your child." This way, parents will be informed.
  2. All previous tests data & upcoming tests details will be shown on child’s profile.
